She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert A Adams and Glennis M Adams (Ramsey); her husband Jack Avery; and her siblings, Joann J Deputy and James R Adams.
She is survived by: her children, Deborah M Nagel (Tim), Robert W Avery and Daniel S Avery (June); and her grandsons, Brian, Geoffrey and Matthew Avery (Hayley).
Memorial donations may be given to Turnstone Center, Fort Wayne, or Aldersgate United Methodist Church, Fort Wayne.
