She is survived by: her children, Pamela M. Kocks of Ft. Wayne, Lynne Kocks-Queoff of Ft. Wayne, James P. Kocks (Debi) of Ft. Wayne and Matthew Kocks (Tracy) of Ft. Wayne; and her grandchildren, Brian Johnson (Jeri), Keith Queoff, Sean Kocks (Michelle), Natalie Jenkins (Evan), Tom Kocks and Nick Kocks. She is also survived by 7 great-grandchildren and 5 great-great-grandchildren.
