She was predeceased by: her father Joseph; and her children, Sandra Sue Tinsley and Thomas Scott Tinsley. She is survived by: her husband Thomas; and her daughters, Beth Foreman (Gary) of New Haven, Cathy Burk (Jim) of Woodburn and Annette Tinsley of Fort Wayne. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; and 12 great grandchildren.

Preferred memorials are to Bethlehem Lutheran Church or Parkview Home Health and Hospice.
