She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Childers and Sandra Williams (Munger). She is survived by: her sons, Lee Pettyjohn of Fort Wayne and Patrick Pettyjohn (Lindsey) of Noblesville, IN; her grandchildren, Lucas, Laetner, Scout, Indie and Lucky; and her sister Stephanie Williams of Fort Wayne.

Memorials may be made to Coventry Meadows.
