She was predeceased by: her parent Will Dangerfield; and her siblings, Brenda Simmons and Gary Lapsley. She is survived by: her mother Bessie Lapsley of Fort Wayne; her siblings, Stacey Lapsley and Lisa Scott (Parris) of Myrtle Beach; and her nieces and nephews, Twyla Simmons, Jachelle Lapsley of Fort Wayne, Ashley Chowdhury of Myrtle Beach, Louis "Lou" Simmons IV of Fort Wayne, Jaquan Conway of Fort Wayne, Ryan Simmons of Atlanta, GA and Sikander Chowdhury of Myrtle Beach. She is also survived by great-nieces, nephews, extended family.
Viewing will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Imani Baptist Temple (2920 Indiana Ave, Fort Wayne, IN 46807). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
