He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Aden Sr. and Carrie Aden; his daughter Loretta; his wife Sylvia; his daughter Suzanne; his siblings, Willie Jr., Hilda Aden, Walter, Modena Aden Maggie Aden, John, Christell Aden, Zella Aden Smith, Doyle Smith, Lillie Mae Williams, Kato (late Carrie Aden), Harriett, Elsy Woodford, A. C. Harrison, Benjamin, Barbara Aden, Minnie, Amos Jackson, Bessie Mae and Joe Simmons; his parents-in-law, Clarence Hines, Sr. and Ella Rhinehart Hines; his brother-in-law Clarence Hines, Jr.; and his great-aunts, Eunice Rhinehart and Sadie Jackson.
He is survived by: his children, Jonathan, Timothy and Joy; his grandchildren, Malik, Sean, Vanessa, Eric, Damon and Paikea; and his great grandchildren, Camden Bronaugh, Kasen Horn and Noelle Horn.
On Saturday, October 23rd, Rev. Otha Aden went home to be with the Lord, after a lengthy battle with Parkinson's and Alzheimer's.
