She is survived by: her children, Ted Reyes of Fort Wayne, Debbie Bolden (Rodney) of Fort Wayne and David (Rebekah); her grandchildren, Jesse J. Velasquez, Jr. (Sara) of Defiance, OH, Joseph W. Reyes of Wichita, KS, Anthony L. Reyes (Rebecca) of Wichita, KS, Stephen Reyes of Fort Wayne, Alicia Reyes of Fort Wayne, Sapphira Reyes of Washington, DC, Sigourney Reyes of Suffolk, VA and Serenity Reyes of Suffolk, VA; and her brother Nick Flores (Annette) of Wauseon, OH.. She is also survived by 5 step-children, 14 great-grandchildren.
