She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald R. Rupp and Zelma Rupp; her husband Emmons "John" E. Clark; and her son Scotty Clark. She is survived by: her siblings, Susan Stauffer (Chris) and Mark Rupp (Chris) of Fort Wayne, IN; her son Jon Clark; and her grandchildren, Alye and Braden. She is also survived by great granddaughter, 1 niece and 5 nephews.

Memorials may be made to Turnstone Center.
