She is survived by: her parents, Dominick Juarez Sr. and Anika Foster-Juarez; her sibling Rashad Totten of Dominick Juarez, JR.; her grandparents, Mary and Bobby Clark; her great-grandparent Conchita Noble; and her nephew Amauri Juarez.
