She is survived by: her children, Bobbie Emerson, Linda Protsman (Lon) and Terry Brown; her son-in-law Dean Emerson; her grandchildren, Jennifer Diller, Melissa Gilbert (Cory), Rodney Brown (Angela), Alexis Brown, Troy Emerson (Helena) and Daniell Brown; her great grandchildren, Elijah Kenjorski, Jaxton Pittman, Coen, Jack Gilbert, Greyson Murphy, Violet, Ashton Totten, Caroline Brown and Adam Emerson; her siblings, Irene Coburn, Omega "Meggie" Derkatsch (Manfred) and Junior Miller (Kathy); her sisters-in-law, Connie Miller and Karen Miller; and her nieces and nephews, Gayle Salters, Gail Fromm, Jeff Coburn and Brenda Hattaway.

Visitation was held on Thursday, November 7th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the FairHaven Funeral Home and Cremation Services (6557 N Clinton St, Fort Wayne, IN 46825). A funeral service was held on Thursday, November 7th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
