With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Midge Edith Chambers (Fort Wayne, Indiana), who passed away on April 18, 2021 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Gilbert Blinn and Lois Blinn (Coleman); her former husband Paul D. Merritts; her husband James V. Chambers; and her sisters, Evangeline Dunmire and Lois Jean Criswell.
She is survived by: her daughters, Polly M. Bonilla (Jacob) of Flynn, Texas, Melinda S. Cope (Richard) of Stevenson Ranch, California, Nancy A. Wever (Joseph) of Indianapolis and Kathy E. Bakle (Bradley) of Fort Wayne; and her stepdaughter Deborah E. Chambers of Athol, Massachusetts. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to Taylor Chapel United Methodist Church or to Parkview Hospice.
