It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Michelle Renee Jackson of Fort Wayne, Indiana, born in Marion, Indiana, who passed away on December 22, 2023, at the age of 57, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Letttie Mae Jackson and Samuel Harris, Sr.; her grandparents, Juanita Nesbit and Burford Jackson; her sisters, Beverly Harris, Rita Cox, Lorraine Starks and Julie Griggs; her daughter-in-law Shantell Fitts-Jackson; her brother Samuel L. Harris; her aunt Cora Jackson; and her cousins, Heather Jackson and Jason Underwood (Tyron Sampson).
She is survived by: her children, Tamarkus Jackson, Rory Jackson, Jamarkus Jackson-Chapman (Talina Jackson), Shyra Jackson (Antonio Vaughn), Samantha Jackson, Rorrecka Jackson and Marquise Holmes; her siblings, Dewayne Jackson, Delores Jackson-Turner of Fort Wayne, IN, Sammie Lee and Yolanda Harris of Brandon, MS; her brother-in-law Ronald Starks; her aunts, Lula Jackson of Fort Wayne, IN and Patricia Soil of Marion, IN; her cousin Juanita Bunche; her niece Altermise Jackson; and her uncles, John Wesley and Robert Lee Allen. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren.
