He is survived by: his children, Michael P. Millikan of Fort Wayne, Kelli Ann Lee (Greg) of Fort Wayne, Janeann Perkins of Fort Wayne, Ann Marie Hall (Ben) of Fort Wayne and Sara Ann Grant (Eric) of Tallahassee, FL. He is also survived by 21 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
