With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Michael Thomas Hohman of Fort Wayne, Indiana, who passed away on December 14, 2023 at the age of 58. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father Thomas Hohman. He is survived by: his mother Sandra Hohman (Wheeler); his wife Cynthia Hohman; his children, Aaron Hohman and Megan Haverstock (John); his granddaughter Lily Haverstock; and his sister Brenda Hohman. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
