He is survived by: his daughters, Michelle Black and Melanie Thelen (Mark); his grandson Benjamin Thelen; his girlfriend Kathy West; his partner's sons, Joshua West (Becky) and Jared West; his nephew Brian Black; his niece Christine Black; and also, Reagan, Camden, Wesley, Sage and Everett.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, October 30th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the D. O. McComb and Sons Funeral Homes - Pine Valley (1320 E Dupont Rd, Fort Wayne, IN 46825). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, October 30th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
