Haller of Fort Wayne and Jon M. Haller (Alexandra) of Indianapolis; his stepmother MaryJane Haller of Louisville, KY; his brother Kevin S. Haller (Kathryn); his niece Madison; his nephew Tyler of Lagrange, KY; his sister-in-law Christine G. H. Haller; his nieces, Kimberly and Lindsay; and his great-nephew Austin Michael of Dallas, TX..

Visitation was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Trinity English Lutheran Church (450 W Washington Blvd, Fort Wayne, IN 46802). A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.

Memorial gifts may be contributed in Matthew's memory to Myotonic Dystrophy Foundation in support of research, The League (formerly The League for The Blind), Trinity English or Gethsemane Lutheran churches.
