She was predeceased by: her parents, Nathan Blevins and Classie Collins Blevins. She is survived by: her husband Joseph "Joe" Herman Thomas Sr. of Mount Sterling, KY.; her children, Joseph H. Thomas Jr. (Jackie) and Aletha A. Thomas Douglas (Ricardo); her grandchildren, Quatesha Woods (Melvin), Johanna Thomas, Miyah Thomas, Aaliyah Thomas Douglas, Riniyah Thomas Douglas, Joseph Golden, Darius Thomas and Dayshawn Thomas Douglas; her sisters, Sylvia Baker (Jessie), Ilene Lee (Dock), Rositta "Linda" Hamilton and Emma Humphrey; her brother-in-law Terry Lymon; her siblings, Sammie Lee Blevins, Mary Lee Blevins and Doreen Lymon; her grandson Dartanyon Oneil Thomas; and her brother-in-law Charles Humphrey. She is also survived by six great grand-children, several nieces, nephews, and other family and friends.
