She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Harber and Matilda Harber; her former husband William Hemmelgarn; her stepmother Ethel Harnishfeger; her stepdaughter Yavonne Druckenmiller; her siblings, Mildred Foster, Roger Harber, Donnie Harber, Jeri Keipper, Jeanette Hagan and Roseann Hohenstein; and her son-in-law Mike Federspiel.
She is survived by: her husband Steve Leffel; her children, Jackie Voirol (Roger), Sherri Federspiel, William Hemmelgarn (Dawn) and John Hemmelgarn (Shelley); her stepchildren, Renee Brouse (Rob) and Danny Leffel; and her siblings, Carl Harber Jr., Judy Jett and Pearl Yoss. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren.
