It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Jane DuFallo of Fort Wayne, Indiana, who passed away on August 31, 2023, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her siblings, John, Mike, George Golub, Katherine Beisal, Agnes Soptich and Ann Miller; and her parents, Michael Golub and Agnes Golub (Spudic).

She is survived by: her daughter Judy Rice (David); her grandchildren, Ryan Rice (Cassie) and Kayla Walker (Devon); her great grandchildren, Sean Rice, Carter, Blake and Riley Jane Walker; and her sister-in-law Dorothy Urbanik (late Edward). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorials to the Immaculate Conception Grotto Fund, c/o St. John Rectory, 1849 Lincoln Ave., Whiting, IN 46394.

“We will miss Mary Jane who with her husband, Robert, would attend St, Elizabeth Ann Seton Mass usually at 4:30 pm on Sat. and sit in the back gathering area to view mass. They together were friendly and kind to all who attended mass on Sat.. My wife, Susan who occasionally attends the Sat. 4:30 pm mass in a wheel chair and I will miss passing by them with their friendly greetings of welcome and seated together on a bench at the back of church. May her sole rest in peace. Keith & Susan Hood”
