With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mary Ann Phillips (Fort Wayne, Indiana), who passed away on November 28, 2021 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Latham and Mary Louise Latham; her husband James Phillips; and her daughter Mary. She is survived by: her children, Chad J. Sheets of Fort Wayne, IN, Deanna L. Rogers of Churbusco, IN and Christine A Sheets of Fort Wayne, IN; her siblings, Barry Latham, Rick Latham, Sharon Hunter, Deborah Bair and Kim Larson; her grandson Dokken Rogers; and her siblings, Terry Latham and Judy Wilson. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren.

Memorials may be made to the family in care of Chad J. Sheets.
