Perkins of Fort Wayne, IN; her daughters, Laurie Thompson (Jeff) of Evansville, IN and Charlene Perkins of Cincinnati, OH; her grandchildren, Brian Thompson (Emilee), Stephanie Raven (Cole), Alex Hoyle (Carissa Hoskins) and Nick Hoyle; her great grandchildren, Josie Hoskins-Hoyle, Penny Hoskins-Hoyle and Summer Raven; her brother Gary Anderson (Ann); and her sister-in-law Virginia Anderson. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
