She is survived by: her husband Dean Allen Koontz of Fort Wayne, IN; her children, Timothy J. Koontz (Laura) of Fort Wayne, IN, Valerie Ann LePage (Philip) of Churubusco, IN and Daniel J. Koontz (Rebecca) of Fort Wayne, IN; and her siblings, Melody Schlie (Dennis) of Spencerville, IN, Randy Bridge (Carolyn) of Woodburn, IN and Mary Ann Unsicker of Woodburn, IN. She is also survived by six grandchildren.
