She was predeceased by: her parents, Allen MacDermott and Lucille MacDermott; and her husband Roy Firman. She is survived by: her children, Darcy Merriman, Kevin Firman (Sharon), Denise Marley (Mike) and Amber Walker (Mike). She is also survived by 9 grandchildren.

Memorials may be made to the National Breast Cancer Foundation or Shriners Hospital for Children.
