He was predeceased by: his parents, David Lansky and Rose Lansky; and his stepdaughter Amy Schwarze of Fort Wayne. He is survived by: his wife Kathi Lansky of Fort Wayne; his children, Doug Lansky (Jessica Zuluaga) of Floyds Knobs, IN and Deb Leonard (Brett) of Cincinnati, OH; and his stepson Brandon Schwarze. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; and four great grandchildren.
