She was predeceased by: her parents, Laurence Ira Dalton and Marjorie Marguerite Dalton (Hannon). She is survived by: her husband Herbert Leo Heider; her sons, Robert Heider (Susan) of Whitestown and Herbert Laurence Heider of Fort Wayne, Indiana.; and her grandchildren, Nicholas Heider (Maria) of Colorado Springs, Laura Stroup (Collin) of Zionsville, Benjamin Heider (Marcella) of Monroe and Zacharia Heider (Sarah) of Indianapolis.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you make a donation to the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation or the charity of your choice.
