With heavy hearts, we announce the death of London Mae York of Fort Wayne, Indiana, who passed away on May 5, 2021 at the age of 3. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her great-grandparents, Robert and Judy Spare. She is survived by: her parents, Lexi R Prater and Ian S York; her grandparents, Diane Prater, Michael Prater (Joy), Soleil York and Tim Litton; her aunts, Mackenzie Prater, Allison Prater, Lucy York and Lola Hepler; her uncle Tanner Prater; and her cousin Carson Olin.

Memorial donations may be given to Riley Children's Hospital Heart Center.
