She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles McCabe and Esther McCabe; her children, David (Jami) and Thomas Bradshaw; her husband Roger L. Johnson; her stepson Dan (Sonie Walker); and also Richard E. Bradshaw of Huntington, Indiana..
She is survived by: her sons, Steven (Rose), Jeffrey (Chris) and Richard (Karen); her niece Marcy Reynolds (Roger); her nephew Chuck McCabe (Karen); and her stepchildren, Noel (Kathy), Sherri DeRemer (Ed) and Julie Godziela (Jim). She is also survived by 20 grandchildren, 27 great grandchildren, and 8 great great grandchildren, along with several great nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, May 3rd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the TowneHouse Retirement Community Chapel (2209 St Joe Center Rd, Fort Wayne, IN 46825).
