He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Garrett and Rita Garrett; and his sister Bonnie Gregory. He is survived by: his wife Pam Garrett (Brambley) of Fort Wayne; his children, Noah Garrett of Fort Wayne, Hiedi Kadlec (Brandon) of Clinton, WI and Matthew Garrett (Jamie Locke) of Fort Wayne; and his siblings, Carmen Brown and Glen Garrett (Janella). He is also survived by seven grandchildren, one great-grandchild.
