She is survived by: her husband Jack Leonard of Fort Wayne, Indiana; her children, Joe Leonard of Fort Wayne and Katie Leonard-Drabenstot (Bart) of Fort Wayne; and her grandchildren, Alice and Jack. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
