She was predeceased by: her parents, James Wyatt Carter and Fern Marie Carter (Corbin); her husband Ray; her son Skyler DeCamp; and her sister Joann Crance.
She is survived by: her daughter Ginger; her children-in-law, Dick Paris of Fort Wayne and Candy DeCamp of Fort Wayne; her granddaughters, Nicole DeCamp (David Auriti) and Sarah (Jeff Clark); her great grandchildren, Cash Auriti and Maddie Clark; her brother Steve (Beverly Carter); and her siblings-in-law, Russell and Bonnie DeCamp of Kendallville.
