She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Eugene and Gloria Ann Weltz. She is survived by: her husband Michael Place; her children, Matthew Place (Mary) and Kate Hensinger (Matt); and her siblings, Shelley Weltz and Brad Weltz. She is also survived by four grandchildren.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, February 14th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the D. O. McComb & Sons Funeral Homes - Maple (4017 Maplecrest Rd, Fort Wayne, IN 46815).
