It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kevin Eugene Byer (Fort Wayne, Indiana), who passed away on December 15, 2023, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Byer and Lois Byer (Shively) of Noble County. He is survived by: his siblings, Beverly Merritt (Rick), Cheryl Broxon (Robert), James Byer (Stacia) and Michele Crowley-Watkins (Henry Lee); and his caregiver Mel. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, cousins, and several aunts and uncles.

In lieu of flowers, Kevin requested in his writings that any memorial gifts in his name be given to one of the following charities.
