He is survived by: his wife Linda Clinger; his children, Kenneth Dow Stump III, Brian Allen Stump and Jennifer Frey (Brian); his grandchildren, Adam, Mark, Kim, Bryce, Caitlin, Cenovia (Anthony) and Aimee (Rob); and his great grandchild Hazel.
