Berkes (Fort Wayne, Indiana), born in Kendallville, Indiana, who passed away on October 13, 2021, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John Berkes and Fae Berkes; his former wife Mary Lou Berkes (Holbrook); and his son Keith Berkes Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Rosemary "Rosie" Berkes; his children, Barbara Henderson (Mike), Michael Swanson (Cherita), Derek Berkes (Liz), Ashely Hechler and Hayden Swanson; and his great grandchildren, Zoe, Gary Robert and Logan.

Memorial contributions may be made to First Assembly of God Church or the Alzheimer's Association.
