She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph E Snyder and Blanche M. Snyder; her husband David E. Bolyard; her daughter Debra Collins; and her sister Betty June Weinburg.
She is survived by: her children, Davis S. Bolyard (Linda) of Brownsburg, IN, John E. Bolyard of Fort Wayne and Janice A. Pierce (Tim) of Fort Wayne, IN; her granddaughter Kathryne Hoogland (Chris) of Fort Wayne, IN; and her sister Mary Ann Nuss (Thomas) of Fort Wayne. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren and many great grandchildren.
