She was predeceased by: her parents, David O'Neil and Florence O'Neil (Monroe); her husband Michael Herald; her son Neil Herald; and her siblings, Rosemary, Susan, Mary and David.

She is survived by: her children, Michael Herald (Michele), Scott Herald (Holly), Bridget Merck (Brock) and Anne Steele (Mick); and her brother Arthur O'Neil. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren.

Memorials may be directed to the Neil Patrick Herald Student Assistance Fund.
