He was predeceased by: his parents, Kelly Fowler and Catherine Fowler (Ward); his stepmother Mary Lou Fowler; and his siblings, Kurtis Leroy and Cindy Fowler.
He is survived by: his daughters, Kari Robinson (Paul) and Kasey Jones (Kevin); his brothers, Kelly Lloyd, Jr. and Kerry Lynn; and his grandchildren, Kooper, Kollins and Marcel. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
