She was predeceased by: her parents, Elwood Elberson and Jean Elberson (Pressler); and her husband Joe Tubbs. She is survived by: her daughters, Amy VanSkyock (Brian) of Fort Wayne and Susan Steingass (Chad) of Fort Wayne; her grandchildren, Austin, Emily, Haiden, Jake and Natalie; her great grandchildren, Ella and Cameron; and her siblings, Carol Sutherland, Mary Hetz, Tom, Terry and Mike Elberson.
In lieu of flowers the family asks that memorial donations be directed to Defiance Area Foundation, or Women's Care Center in Ft. Wayne, IN.
