She was predeceased by: her parents, Jacob Mansbach and Ethel Mansbach (Jaller); her husband Arthur; and her daughter Susan Hakey. She is survived by: her son Cary Shafer; her daughter-in-law Linda Shafer; her grandchildren, Lindsey Minnich, Adam Hakey, Zelda Miller, Jack Miller and Iris Miller; her great grandchild Shafer Benz; her nieces and nephews, Steven Mansbach, Bill Mansbach, Lynn Friedman and Amy Murphy; and her brother Jerry Mansbach of Indianapolis.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be given to CAV-The Temple/Jacob & Ethyl Mansbach Campership.
