She is survived by: her children, Mike Smith (Christine), Cindy Phillips (Dan), Greg Smith (Janette) and Curt Hemsoth; her grandchildren, Charles, Shawn, Joseph, Shannon and Danny Sr.; and her great grandchildren, Danny Jr., Landon and Leilah. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
