He was predeceased by: his grandson Harrison L. Topp. He is survived by: his parents, Juergen J. Nevogt and Virginia R. Nevogt (McClafferty); his daughter Lake Wawasee; his wife Robin Topp-Nevogt; his stepchildren, Joshua Topp (Terri) of Fort Wayne and Samantha Wyant (Ivan) of Clermont; his former wife Jan Hess (Steve) of Fort Wayne; the mothers of children, Lori Philbee (Jon Douglas), Beth Marshall (Jesse) and Cindy Trischler (Vincent) of Fort Wayne; the mother of his child Cory Trischler (Nicole); his grandchildren, Alaina Duran (Alex), Ashlynn Mullins (Zane), Reed Philbee, Joey Billman, Jack, Alex Marshall, Allison, Charlotte Trischler, Leonardo, Theodore, Sophia Wyant, Addison and Olive Topp; his great grandchildren, Ainsley, Crue Mullins, Leondro and Carson Duran; his siblings, Glen Nevogt (Cathy) and Ruth Teeple (Jack); his mother-in-law Patricia Lichtsinn; his brothers-in-law, James (Jennifer) and Rodney Lichtsinn (Allie Hacha); his friends, Ted Schaffer (Myrna) and Sandy Werri (Gerri); and also, Jeff, Jodi Deiser, Kyle, Sarah Kerley and Tommy Bougher.
Memorials in honor of Eric, may be made to the Fort Wayne Veterans Hospital, or to St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
