She was predeceased by: her parents, Lynn W. Harford and Joan Harford (Juday); her husband David Dombrowski; her children, Susan Joseph and Michael Churchward; and her brothers, Jim and Tom Harford.

She is survived by: her children, Daniel Churchward (Vicki), JoAnne Kelly (Raymond), Laurie Stein (Dave Goodson) and Peter Churchward (Jamie); her stepchildren, Patti Schorr, Nancy Adamson (Roger McIntosh) and Dabren Lopez (Salvador); and her brother George Harford (Marie). She is also survived by 19 grandchildren; many beloved great-grandchildren.

“I got to know Judy through our church, Trinity English Lutheran in Ft Wayne. I had previously worked with her Sister-in-law, Ann and knew her brother, Tom. Subsequently I was assigned to be Judy’s deaconess and enjoyed many phone conversations with her here in Ft Wayne and even after she moved to Noblesville. She was such a beautiful woman, inside and out. I was shocked by her death as I thought she was progressing in her health journey. Guess God had other plans! My sympathy to all her family.”
