She is survived by: her sons, Phillip Schultheis (Louise) of Roanoke, IN, David Schultheis (Denise) of Roanoke, IN and Scott Schultheis of Fort Wayne, IN; her grandchildren, Katie Mitchell (Tyler), Michael Schultheis, Audrey Morken (Sam) and Jacob Schultheis; her great grandchildren, Calvin, Madeline and Vincent; her sister Sharon Potts (Joe); and her sister-in-law Thelma Biberstein.
