She was predeceased by: her husband James E. Follis; her daughter Debbie Follis; her grandson James Andrew Szeman; and her siblings, May Wappes, Gearldine Growcock, Martha Wappes, Betty Crabill, Barb Nicodemus, Clarence, Jay, Ben, Lee, John, Ralph, Don, Allen and Marshall Zeigler.
She is survived by: her children, Rene Szeman (Don), Stan Follis and Brian Follis (Vickie). She is also survived by one granddaughter, two grandsons, and five great-grandchildren.
