He was predeceased by: his mother Pamela Whitt. He is survived by: his children, Joshua Whitt Jr. and Niesha A. Thomas; his significant other Noja R. Thomas; his father Larry Whitt; his siblings, Trevail Whitt, Terence Whitt, Detrick Wade, DaMar Whitt, Shaquella Whitt and Dolly L. Whitt; and his grandson Major D. Benford.
