With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joseph Bonner (Fort Wayne, Indiana), born in Orrville, Alabama, who passed away on January 9, 2022 at the age of 75. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Julius Bonner and Rosetta Bonner; his sons, Tracy Green-Bonner, Alexander J. Bonner and John Earl Williams; his brother LeRoy Bonner; his great grandchild Nyomi Briggs; his nephew Daven Bonner; and his cousin Debra White-Taylor.

He is survived by: his wife Ruth Bonner; his children, Joseph Bonner Jr. (Jennifer), Steve Bonner, Sharian Bonner-Williams (Damion), Monique Bonner, Darrell Bonner (Ashley), Traci Parker and Desaree Covey; his great grandchild DeMarco "Buddy" Adams Jr.; and his siblings, Fred Bonner (Olga), Mary Bonner-Thomas (Robert) and Louvenia Bonner-Williams (Henry). He is also survived by grandchildren, 30, great-grandchildren, 23, and great-great-grandchildren.
