He is survived by: his wife Sandy Strubhar of Fort Wayne, IN; his siblings, Peter Strubhar (Ronda) of Peoria, AZ and Mary; and his daughters, Stephanie Niednagel (Jonathan) of Santa Clarita, CA, Dawn Rogers (Glen) of Cincinnati, OH and Tonya Hammond (Mark) of Fort Wayne, IN. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren.
