He is survived by: his parents, Margaret Ann Ferguson (Timothy) of Waunakee, WI and Eric Fortmeyer (Cindy) of Champions Gate, FL; his siblings, Eric Fortmeyer, Kathryn Ferguson, Rachel Ferguson, Kasey Hall (Jesse), Robert Fortmeyer (Ally) and Elizabeth Fortmeyer; and his grandparents, Elaine Fortmeyer and Roger Fortmeyer.

Memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
