He was predeceased by: his parents, Johnnie Wells Otis Williams and Barbara Jean Williams (Robinson); his children, Zachary and Dee Dee; and his brother Frederick Williams.
He is survived by: his wife Vicki Starnes Williams; and his pets, Buster, Dooley and Buddy.
Visitation was held on Saturday, April 5th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the New Covenant Worship Center (3420 E Paulding Rd, Fort Wayne, IN 46816). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, April 5th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Tuesday, April 8th 2025 at the Marion National Cemetery (1700 E 38th St, Marion, IN 46953).
