He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Bertha Dalton (Long) and Cecil Dalton; his wife Nancy Hanley; his siblings, Ernest Dalton and Mary Lou Mason; his children, Daphne Hess (David) and Syd Minter (Kerry); his grandchildren, Eric Hess of Blacklick, OH, Kylie Hess (Rockville, MD), Jack Minter (Brittany), Ryan Minter and Kara Minter; his sister Susie (Audley) Cragun; and his grandchild Arianna.
